How much do you charge for your service / per lead?

The JA business model now works, mostly, on commercial terms for introduction of new clients, we do not charge for leads, only for new business secured. For more information, please contact us.

How many enquiries do you receive a month?

We receive on average 500 to 600 enquiries per month, we are focussed on increasing these numbers year on year.

What is the average turnover of the business enquiries?

Turnover can range from start up’s to multi-million pound turnover businesses.

Accountants who make it onto our panel do in any event set their own turnover criteria with regards to the leads they wish to receive.

What is the average conversion rate from introduction to new client?

We aim to meet a minimum conversion rate of 25% with all accountants, however, some accountants have achieved significantly higher rates.

What is the average fee generated for accountants on your panel?

Average fee ranges from £1,500 to £2,500 (numerous deals have generated fees in excess of £10,000).

What kind of lead flow can I expect?

This really depends on the criteria you set and clients requirements, but some accountants regularly receive 20+ leads a month.

Do you ever pledge lead numbers or reoccurring fees?

Yes we do, and pledges are regularly met with the accountants that meet the 25% conversion rate.

In fact we can run targeted campaigns specifically for your firm to generate additional opportunities.

Do you review your panel?

Yes, we are constantly reviewing our panel to ensure the relationship is working well for both sides.

Have you removed accountants from your panel?

Yes, it’s very important to us to have accountants who consistently provide a high service level and if this is not being achieved we will remove a firm from our panel.

Do you provide training on identifying potential opportunities for your group?

We would be delighted to provide training or arrange a presentation on our group services.

Do you have a qualifying criteria for accountants wishing to join your panel?

Yes, we do.

If you meet our criteria then we would like to meet you, at least virtually, before adding you to the panel.
